I'm really pumped for Alien: Isolation. No idea if it will even be good, but I need a good horror game so I'm praying this is it.

Not getting anything probably. I do not know why I even still active here. LOL.

I have a big backlog by my standard, which is 3 games, which I intended to finish before Witcher 3 is available.

I'm not getting any on the list but there's a bunch I've been waiting to pick up:
Crypt of the Necrodancer
Civ Beyond Earth
The Last Federation
Nuclear Throne
Dungeon of the Endless
Binding of Isaac Rebirth

I decided not to get Destiny.

Still waiting for him to add FH2 to the poll :)

I have stuck to it so far, but haven't jumped on DriveClub yet. Rumor of a price drop/compensation?

Me too, I wasn't planning on FH2 but it just looked too good to pass up. Just Halo for me and I'm done for the year, although FC4 may sneak in.

Stuck with mine also bar Metro Redux. I didn't get Destiny, purchased Fifa and going to round the year of with Halo and COD unless there is a deal in which you can trade in your PS3 GTA for money of the PS4 version similar to TLOU.

bump for any other changes from your vote.

Just started loving Destiny again and still have to finish Alien Isolation. I have Borderlands on the PC to play with some local friends and wondering if I should pick up Halo and/or Sunset Overdrive.

I am moving towards more casual small titles, & game in small timeframe (1-2 hours or so per session). I may be getting Ethan Carter, & maybe Dragon Age Inquistion pending reviews.

alien isolation, walking dead season 1 & 2, the wolf among us and advanced warfare are all out within like 2 weeks

Shadow of Mordor bought, still planning on AC:U and FC4 but might get CoD as well...

Shadow of Mordor
  • (Bought, loving the ever-loving s*** out of it!)

Destiny

  • (Bought and slightly regretting it, but the good news is I can always come back to it with my lvl 20 character and the game will be in better shape than when I started)

Sunset Overdrive

  • (interested, still on the fence)

Halo MCC

  • (pre-ordered)

AC:Unity

  • (day one)

Lords of the Fallen
  • (want, but lower on priority list)

Far Cry 4

  • (want, but lower on priority list)

FH2
  • (want, high on list)

Rocksmith 2014
  • (Christmas!)

Day One:

Fifa 15. (PS4) - Got It.
Battlefield. (Xbox One) - Delayed.
Call Of Duty. (Xbox One) - Skipped.
Halo MCC. (Xbox One) - Got it.

Maybe:

Destiny. (Xbox One) - Skipped.
NHL 2K15. - Skipped.
Wolfenstein. (Xbox One) - Got it.
UFC. (Xbox One) - Skipped.
Watch Dogs. (PS4) - Skipped.
Madden. (Xbox One) - Skipped.

Added Wolfenstein to the collection today along side TLOU remastered.

It wasn't on the list but I ended up with Metro Redux on the PS4. Looks too good to turn down.

This is how it began and now it's finished. Every BIG releases of the year is now available, in bold I have edited my original list with the games I ended up with and those I didn't bother with.

I bought:

Fifa, Halo MCC, Metro Redux, Wolfenstein, TLOU remastered. GTA and tomorrow Far Cry 4.

Total spend this fall (vouchers, gift cards, discounts ext):

$251 on 7 games.

My haul for the whole year, got everything release day except CoD which I waited and got in Target's B2G1 (3rd game was a 2nd copy of CoD for a friend)

GTA V is still in the wrapper. Haven't been able to be pulled away from FC4 since I got it! hahaha...

Not sure what else I'm getting for the rest of the year. Still have alien and mordor to finish up and destiny dlc is coming out on the 9th of December and I'll be spending a lot of time of that to attempt to get the new gear and weapons along with playing new maps

I feel like I did really good this year. My goal this generation is to get away from having a big backlog, and only have a small collection of high quality games. That philosophy combined with credit from 360 trades, GCU at Best Buy, as well as gift cardsfrom freemyapps and bing, and I saved a ton of money. My purchases went like this :

Destiny (Free)
Dead Rising 3 (Even trade for Watch Dogs 360)
Shadow of Mordor (Traded Destiny/almost even trade)
Alien Isolation (Used trade in credit)
Outlast (Used gift card)
Sunset Overdrive (Traded Shadow of Mordor/almost even)
EA UFC ($20)
Titanfall (Digital on sale for $25, traded EA UFC and used Best Buy credit)
Far Cry 4 (Used gift cards, paid $15)
Wolfenstein ($14 used at Family Video)

That's a lot of games, and I probably spent about $50. Pretty sweet. I should note though that I am all out of trade in credit and gift cards lol.

I'm trying to do the same thing in regards to backlog my 360/PS3 backlog wasn't astronomical either although there are games I never bought Red Dead redemption ext I will go back for them at some point in the future.
