I may end up getting it for both, same thing with FC5 lol. I may want it on the One X if the graphics get a decent upgrade over the Pro although I'm not expecting higher end textures etc as that's not likely to happen but I'm sure the game will run at a higher resolution. MP will all be done on the PS4 Pro for me, none of the "friends" I had on XBL from the 360 days seem to have an Xbox One or X1X so I never see more than 1 or 2 people signed in tops at any one time and they are usually watching movies lol.

Make sense to me. RDR2 is gonna be huge. I have a feeling the X1X version is gonna be amazeballs. There will be a year under the belt minimum on programming for the X1X, so I think we should see some solid performance/graphics options. I have to believe the game is gonna be pretty big, and then add the 4K textures, I could see this being another 100gb game after all is said and done. I assume most of us are getting it on the X1X?

Well Sony has the marketing rights so its possible the PS4 will gets extra content or get certain content before others....
So PS version for me.

Yup. According to the devs:

"first access to earn select online content"

Considering my first reason for enjoying the game is single player, AND Xbox gets all the same online and offline content, having the superior version in performance and resolution of the X1X takes precedence. And of course the better online and all friends and family on XBL.

Yup. So Xbox gets the same content, it's just that the PS will be able to earn the same content before you can earn it on Xbox.

Makes sense, as I am sure Rockstar doesn't want to separate content or make one console get content that the other doesn't get. I am glad Rockstar went this route and confirmed it. Smart move.
