I'm still on the fence about this one... I loved T7, mostly because of the huge cast of characters, the 720p resolution hurt it enormously though and this of course looks much nicer, but the tiny amount of characters is a huge turnoff for me.
Idk, MK1 did the same, nicer graphics (at least on paper) but too few characters and abysmal character customization made it a tougher sell for me.

It feels a bit like the EA sports games when they jump to a new gen and strip away a lot of elements for better graphics... seemingly to have room to grow every year again.

Not usually a tekken fan but I enjoyed the demo a lot more than the last tekken game I played, it felt smoother and faster. I do think the graphics are all over the place though. The city looks good, that forest with the shallow water looks very bland and boring.

They never get the water right, either do it right or don't do it at all imo.

Also, I understand that Yoshimitsu is supposed to look like a freak, but he has looked like a badly made custom character created goof since T2.

Demo was ok.

Fighting games live or die by their netcode, though. My guess, this will be the worst of the new bunch.

Already eaten them, tastes fine.
Also eaten snails, frog legs, rabbit, all those bird livers, bull heart (name?), goat balls, some kind of rat type animal on stick at some back street in Bangkok, goat innards in its own stomach thing (not sure English translation here), bull tongue, bull testicle, kangaroo, ostrich and prob a million other s***...I don't really have a problem with eating funky stuff as long as I know I won't get a disease or food poisoned.
