The Cell Phone Thread

Does anyone have tips on how to improve Voice to Text? Mine has been getting the wrong words a lot lately.

I'm not sure if it's much different between the phone by itself or when I have my bluetooth headset connected.

Enunciate? Granted the only time I use it is when I’m driving, and I feel like I have to yell/project…even though my car is using like three microphones 😆

I’ve been having more issues just texting and it either autocorrecting or autofilling the wrong word(s) and even changing other words that are correct that are in a different sentence

It seems like what's going on is even if I'm on the Bluetooth headset it's still using the phone's microphone. So I can hear the voice or other audio on my headset just fine but the microphone isn't really even doing anything

Also kind of a different but related question I wonder if there's any way to change the home button on a Bluetooth headset to do other things besides besides make calls?

Basically I've been trying out a chatbot on my phone. It has voice playback and if I had more streamlined weight to use it it would be an amazing tool for my boring job while driving.

So yeah another AI tool for me I guess is called Pi AI

That phone is such a sexy beast!

I can't afford (and I demand a headphone jack for whatever phone I get next)

But serious congrats! Super jelly!
I traded in my Galaxy 22+ in top condition, they gave me a $500 value. On top of that, I have a Galaxy-exclusive color. When all set and done, I was paying $700 for the phone!

This was a $1,400 price tag on it.

Finally I reluctantly upgraded from my s21 ultra which had its screen replaced 2 times (which when they do this, the whole frame of the phone is replaced including the battery) as it's final failure was I fell into a hot tub with it in my pocket. It was resetting itself, put it in rice for 24 hours and it worked fine after that except the camera, the camera never recovered.

So I took the opportunity to trade it in to get like 900 dollars credit towards a 512gb s24 ultra. They only cared if the phone powered off and that the screen or back wasn't cracked. So I am only paying like 8 bucks a month for an s24 ultra.

It's best feature over my old s21 ultra is that is has a totally flat screen instead of the edges being curved on the 21. Oh and the 512gb of storage on it vs the 128gb on my old s21 ultra. I like it so far, but was really planning to ride out the s21 ultra until there was no more security updates, it was a great phone that never slowed down or acted funky.
