Tomorrow, the house intelligence committee is being forced to listen to someone who “investigated” Hillary Clinton’s emails. When was this scheduled, the day after cohen pled guilty. Buttery mails.
 
Every day Fox News has a front page story with a Democrat on it. Cortez, Hillary, Schumer, Pelosi, etc. Every single day they are hitting home why you should not vote for Democrats (Cortez isn't even elected yet FFS, yet they have daily stories on her).

Democrats need to do this. Everything is Trump, Trump Trump, which is fine, but when he resigns or is impeached, they'll be left with nothing.

Democrats need to vilify the whole party, not just Trump.

Shouldn't be hard considering they have legit reasons to do so and not just fake outrage and fear.
 
In a sense Republicans are lucky they have a large number of gullible supporters who are consistent voters. Democrats don't necessarily have this same advantage IMO. Fox News and the far-right media also use a lot of dishonesty and fear to sell their message. I couldn't support that approach.

It is made up propaganda, but it is well organized and well thought out propaganda.

You'd think the truth and common sense would win out, but it doesn't.

Foxnews has been blasting people with the same message now for 10 years+. They've convinced people that Republicans are "fiscally conservative" (no matter how much they explode the deficit going all the way back to Reagan).

I get why rich people vote for it, they benefit. What I don't get is lower and middle class white people voting for it. It does not benefit us. Sure, maybe I get a few hundred bucks or maybe even a grand come tax time, but that's at the cost of a massively rising deficit.

I mean, they've convinced people that healthcare is too expensive, but building a trillion dollar space force is a good value.

I don't know what we can do to un-brainwash these people.

You can't un-brainwash these people. Trust me I've tried. My wife's family are these people. They'll never change. Look at the f***tards who used to post here. How many times did they (and still prob do) bring up Senator Byrd, giving uranium to Russia, and Benghazi when it comes to Clinton? They'll never change either. Losers and liars, even worse, many are cowards who won't even defend their actions.

We need to be the opposite of them. They can still be vilified. We just need to be honest about it.

Always have to be honest. Can't give the opposition and leverage.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have family that are unwavering. They're beyond being able to be changed. They're a lost cause. Now, I'm focusing on just informing as many people as I can. Anybody that isn't completely against him, I don't know how anybody can be on the fence anymore, hopefully I can reach them.

There have always been party loyalists, the kind who tick the party line no matter what, but they seem to be everywhere now. Both parties always have those 20-30% who are never going to vote anything else, but it seems like a lot more now with the GOP.

Trump's approval ratings have been slowly trending up since January (will be interesting if this week brings them down).
