Google "republican resigns sexual misconduct". Governors, Congressmen, Grassley's f***ing spokesperson, etc. But you, of course, seem to know somehow that these charges are false. I presume you were there, because while it's one thing to be skeptical and want more information, it's entirely another to dismiss them as fake.
It does amuse me in a sad way that the New Yorker story points out that Republicans knew about the second accusations last week, and *AFTER* that they started pushing heavily to move forward without delay, before this news might come out.
