I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Obama didn't spend the first 2 hours of his day reading what Fox News and other conservative sites said about him (and we know he didn't tweet about it).

It's amazing how so many people's views on the concept of "respect the President" have swapped 180 degrees in the past 12 months.

They do cite an email that was leaked via Wikileaks, which I'm not going to bother researching if it's true or not. The conclusions they make from that information are, in my opinion, not ones that an objective reading by a reasonable layperson who, as you say, knows how the news works would even come close to making. Indicating that they were going to stay Dem-focused was (according to Tapper himself, you can search for that yourself) that they were going to discuss the ongoing primary between Clinton and Sanders.

The amount of stretching it takes to get from that to the headline "DNC Wikileaks hack reveals CNN in bed with Dems" would seriously cripple any contortionist, but somehow it's comfortable (and reflexive!) for those who are conditioned to believe things that they want to believe because they want to believe them. I think CNN is far from a great bastion of journalism, but likewise I think your confusion over the difference between fact (the text of the actual leaked email, assuming its veracity) and opinion (the headline and pretty much the entirety of the rest of the article you linked to and the source it linked to) makes you far from the guiding light as well. Which is just as well, because a closed mind is literally an impenetrable wall of radiation that you can't penetrate, unless you can, but you still can't because if you could you still couldn't.

For some it will never happen. They will ride this ship (claiming it's a great ship) till it hits a iceberg and as it's sinking to the bottom of the ocean the captain will blame Obama and democrats. They will be left floating in the ocean oblivious to what happened and will still say how great that ship was.

Sadly I think they are. Most people who are still pro-Trump spend little time listening to him, and instead focus 100% of their attention on CNN/ MSNBC. Somehow he and they are the "victim" in this. I don't fully understand it but that's how they seem to feel.

They just seem to live in an alternate reality from the rest of us. I'm guessing at least some are too embarrassed now to admit they voted Trump, so that's a start.

The times he posts this stuff is always between 8-9am. So he crawls out of bed and watches the morning 24 hour news channels and reacts to them. He's basically live tweeting fox and friends.

Just imagine if Obama or any other Democrat tweeted something remotely close to this? There would be an investigation for sure.
