well i got all the ellie jokes trophy and all weapons upgraded trophy as well the other night. Still keep missing comics and firefly pendents so starting new again again to make sure i get those trophys as well.
What happened to old thread?
Damn. The cutscenes in Winter are insane. This is top tier stuff, guys.
I just noticed an awesome thing that you'd only notice if you're on your second playtrhough:
When you're at this toy store right after you meet the black guy and his lil bro. After the small argument over the toy robot that was thrown on the ground by the little brother. If you keep an eye on ellie you'll notice she acts all suspicious and stuff. If she looks back and sees you looking at her she'll turn away quickly and act all nonchalant. But as soon as you turn your back she quickly picks up the toy and then move towards you.
I'm still impressed by the level of detail in this game. It's the millions of little things that end up making a huge difference. Awesome game.
Playing this on "normal" difficulty, and boy do I suck. I am at a part where I have died about 8 times trying to get past it. Not exactly sure where I am at, but the two girls are up one floor from me. I jumped down and the floor I am on has about 5 infected. There is a ramp in the back right corner with a desk like item that I need to pull/move around, but every time I get up there, the infected climb up onto the ramp and get me. I stealth killed two of them before going up there, but damn it Janet, I keep dying. I will see if I can do a couple more stealth kills tonight before I try again.
Oh yes...it is WAY early on...it was like only 20 minutes before that I met Ellie. Can I take out all of the guards/infected before I do the desk or can I move it without them dead? That's still pretty early on, lol. Just use the bottles/bricks to throw them off and stealth kill. Protip: you can use brick to melee kill clickers.

That actually helps, as I wasn't sure if I could kill them all. I wasn't sure if there was infinite respawns of the enemy AI. Knowing there is a set number of AI for that, now I can pass it.I think you need to kill them all. I always did at least.

I know there is a PS pics thread but this is last of us specific, don't worry I won't put anymore up lol
I wouldn't even worry about that. When Halo MCC comes out, you know that thread is going to be filled with pics to go along with any pics that are in any dedicated pics thread.
Left behind is awesome, the characters feel so real.
Sure, as Long as MS gets with the program, and gets us a damn photo feature!I wouldn't even worry about that. When Halo MCC comes out, you know that thread is going to be filled with pics to go along with any pics that are in any dedicated pics thread.
How long did the main campaign take you about?I completed the main campaign over the weekend and its just as good as it was the first time on PS3. Actually, I think its better because of the improved visuals. This game’s story is so well acted and being behind the controls of the characters means we get to fully experience the highs and lows of it. I think its going to be really difficult to duplicate the success of this game on film. It’s going to take some really great acting with powerful performances to match up to the game.
I started the DLC and turned it off after about an hour or so. I quickly picked up on where Naughty Dog is leading me to. I just couldn’t do it after the main quest that pulled me in so many different directions. Its too soon for another trek into the heart of darkness. I’ll have to come back to it in a couple of days.
