Oh, graphics. Meh, I had it on the PS3 originally, but never got past the first 2 chapters before my console puked. It wasn't that great then either. The remaster on the PS Pro was more of the same, just in HD.The game came out in 2013 on the PS3 and it was pretty amazing looking back then. The remastered version really isn't all that much better looking than the original was.
Just finished the game finally on the PS Pro. I loved the story, loved Ellie's character. I thought it was funny how ND had brothers getting into a fight here and in UC4.
As Andy spoilered above, that scene really connected with me too. I found Joel to be an ok character but I liked Nathan Drake more. I liked Ellie more than both.
The graphics were ok. Crappy textures and cartoony color palette. Animations were pretty good and lip sync was great. Probably give graphics an 8 out of 10. Story I would give a 9/10. Probably because I think zombies are over done in general but I enjoyed the story line.
Gameplay would be a solid 8. Controls were meh but I loved that there were a plethora of options in the game. A decent weapon leveling system too.
I would give it an 8.5 overall. Highly recommended if you haven't played it. Now off to finish up Ryse.
I had the original release too but didn't get far before my PS3 died.Graphics were 11/10 back in its original release. Visually astounding for its time.
What's funny from this remake and Xbox One backwards compatibility, you can really see how big of a jump this generation has been in terms of visuals despite the systems being slightly more underpowered than we would have liked.

I think Tomb Raider looks better. It was the best looking game on console from what i remember. It really showed the evolution of the PS3's graphics from Uncharted: DF to The Last of Us.
