Things You Don't Get About Video Games

Or worse....seemingly armed to the teeth with various lethal weapons and barging into random houses. Must be dat kokiri innocence. Imagine if Link was psychotic. No one would be spared. Not even the chickens at Lon Lon Ranch.
Speaking of weapons, Where do these guys carry all these weapons! Deep pockets baby. I can carry 5 elephant skins, 12 wolf skins, 100 plants, an RPG, Shotgun, SMG, and bow with arrows. Wearing a Parachute. And a wing suit. All while running, jumping, sliding, and climbing. Someone needs to make a game were a pack mule runs around behind you all the time :D

And then they have the nerve to limit your inventory!

They have a game releasing soon that is very much about choices and consequences... and being able to rewind back through them with magical time traveling powers.

I don't get why the players who play the most also get the best weapons/cars/power ups. Usually those who play the most also have the most skill and then the game rewards them further by making them more powerful than the casual players. I understand giving rewards to players but it tips the balance of gameplay such that many don't want to play online.

There aren't many games which offer good matchmaking options to provide a level playing field. What if someone made a game that the better you got the more rewards/ skills / power ups were taken away? Has this been done?

The problem is nobody has come up with a reliable measure of skill. Time played is not necessarily a measure of skill. I rarely prestige in COD games, but I play every year. I'm not going to be significantly better if I prestige multiple times. Other than some "rust" building up if I don't play regularly.

Skill based matchmaking also causes more lag too. I'd rather play with players of different skill levels and not get the lag. It is a good idea in theory, but not in practice.
