Said I would like to try the beta, may I have an XBOX ONE code. Sent no problem.

Hold the home button on your controller - select turn console off - WAIT.......

Until the console flashes the Xbox logo and then the power brick light turns amber ...

then turn back on... you should see the progress bar downloading the update, etc...

Tried that, tried hard off, tried unplugging, tried uninstalling, and reinstalling. Thanks though

Xbox live status page says they are working on xbl that there are issues with TF and xbox.com

Thanks they sent me another X1 code because mine hasn't worked all day. Look I've had a really crappy day. 1day off this week, and I'm on first starting at 4am in the morning.

They may check to see if they sent you one before idk. Used same email just in case.
My code didn't work properly never got past the screen where it said collcting data or something like that.

Tbh I dunno how I got the "code" I guess it was the email I sent. It wasn't even a code they gave me though.
