Actually, I'll wait until I get a 4K set. Doesn't make sense to play it at 1080p when they put so much work into the 4K aspect.
 
Wipeout has always been cool.

I mean, if it's played by guys in rollerblades and Angelina hanging out in the most awkward club ever, it has to be right???



I loved these games. But I think I sunk more time into Extreme-G, but the soundtracks were leagues apart.

Be careful. I make it a point to not leave my credit card info on my PSN account. Not because of hacks like some fanboy will come in and say but because when you game on PS4 it's all gravy baby. Don't want to accidentally be buying games when i got a buzz going.
 
Just upgraded to a ps4 pro for this game it is beautiful in 4k with HDR.I would love to see some kind of dlc to include the first three original ps1 games especially wipeout 2097.

VR version hits today. From the first time I played VR I thought about Wipeout. Impressions are great across the board from what I've seen.

Watching on YT never does VR justice, but it does look good even on the s*** social screen. Can't wait to get home and see life sized ships and buildings flying by me.

 
Yeah, the VR conversion is getting very good press.
 
Looks a lot of fun but could give me motion sickness.... would be worth it

There are literally like 15 threads like this on PSVR reddit today. Almost everyone is saying its mind-blowingly good.

He does mention some motion sickness here.

 
Cool. Sounds like another great PS VR experience. One day i'll get VR. After i get a 4K TV, a Switch, and maybe even a PS Vita. You're killing me Sony and Nintendo.

I put in about an hour this morning and it is by far, FAR the definitive version if you can handle it. It feels closer to being on a high end park attraction at Disney. Literally. Image quality on pro is very good and there are so many details. The sound is amazingly immersive too. This is f***ing incredible.

It was collecting dust. Also it’s so damn bulky it’s hard to store it away. Lol

The tech is really cool. But I think it’s a generation too early. I’m interested to see what improvements they make for a possible PS5 version.

Man i wish you would have tried Wipeout and Superhot first. Not saying you should have kept it, just to walk away with the experience first. Wipeout is crazy good looking and definitely above and beyond what thought was possible on this thing.

Yeah I like that they're finding new ways to create an anti aliasing solution on psvr.
