Just picked up need for speed for like, 14 bucks on gold. It's really douchey, but those graphics are incredible. Going from fmv to ingame was so seamless it took me by surprise. Looks better than Driveclub, imo. Too bad it's just about as boring.
Can't wait for the update the preview users are using to get released for everyone. Give me those detailed download percentages and statistics.
I was in the preview program and along with it pretty much bricking my console I found Cortana AWFUL....which is tough as I'm a huge Halo fan, it was extremely unnatural especially for us UKers to start everything with "Hey Cortana", I never say Hey IRL.
I also found Cortana to only receive the right command 1 in 10 times (which is fine as it'll be improved) BUT when it did it takes 3/5 seconds to actually pause the movie etc, with xbox pause it happens in a second.
the builds much more stable now and cortana is constantly improving. its so much more responsive now but does have occasionally have issues specifically with the one guide for watching TV and changing channels.
the preview is for testing if your not providing feedback to MS about issues then you should just opt out and wait for it to be released for general public.
I provided feedback before having to opt out (as I stated my Xbox was unusable).

if only crytek would make ryse 2 with all the improvements since launch.
You know i played Ryse last night to see how the game feels and i tell you. I think we underestimated that game. It was a true master in its art. That game still look far better then any xbox or ps4 games out now.
I would love to see another game like that.
Ryse is the one game I never trade in. I go back and play it from time to time. It had a great foundation to become a franchise for sure. I dont think it deserved the hate it received. It may be bit "bare-bones" but what was there was solid.
I love that Ryse keeps coming up as a topic of discussion. The game was lacking overall but for a launch title? I can't remember a launch title that blew me way like Ryse did. Loved every second of it. Fun game to record clips for and go back and relive some epic combo kills.
I realize why, but it's a bit strange to see no representation of Gears 4 in that vid.
Shouldn't need apps. I should be able to play my own music via USB. Not some random crap from internet radio.
We waited so long for this feature and it is just a crappy, half-assed implementation.

Wait, you can't play your own mp3s in the background still? I thought that was exactly what they were adding?
Background music is still disappointing. It's the only thing they haven't gotten right yet with the ecosystem. Hopefully the community keeps the pressure on.
