Xbox one wireless controller range

Got my replacement console hooked up and after three solid hours of killer instinct not a single disconnect. So far so good

Mine works great and is still on the first pair of AA batteries! And I've been overdosing on some dead rising 3 and BF4
 
Wanted to add, my bad X1 was manufactured mid September while my replacement working X1 was manufactured end of November

I am glad you are not having any problems anymore. Do you have the exact manufacture date, I am trying to determine if there is a date with 100% no dropouts.
 
I wanted to update this thread to help others who might have the same problem. I had frequent dropouts with both of my controllers. Did the advanced replacement of the console with MS and my new console is not having these issues. So it can definitely be the console as the source of the problem.
