Power gap is smaller the difference in multiplats(when parity isn't in effect) is more evident this gen.
I never said X versions wouldn't/couldn't on a tech level be better than Pro but best version on a tech level belongs to PC.

The memory on the X1X will be the major factor from the pro.
The memory is about or close 50% difference.
Its not interesting at all. There are people who have an agenda and those that don't.
I think the argument depends on your intent on using the word parity so much.
Are you insinuating that there's an enforced level of quality to lower the disparity between console versions?
Or are you implying that the developers are just lazy and cater to the lowest common denominator?
A big sticking point for the developers would probably be that they'd rather 30 or 60fps (and nothing inbetween), and that alleged 50% isn't enough to double a frame rate, which would make the next best option to be to include better assets. Them choosing not to, comes under the lazy/financial side of things, I'd assume.
Either way, the argument gets shakey when the Pro/Karen get improved assets and start hitting higher metrics.

You are entirely too caught up on this 50% thing. From what I understand it was practically around 30%, for one. For another, Not all engines are the same, and they are built more generically, so console specific tasks require different things. That doesn't amount to the conspiracy you are implying.
