The Order 1866 looks fantastic, but will have black bars and 800p res.... it doesn't matter to me, the game LOOKS phenominal regardless of the paper numbers.

I'm sure it will be available for any games. With their initial DRM plans I'm sure digital preloading was going to be a big thing for them.
I would assume it was, but Titanfall is an easy game to do this with, without any DRM. It is online. no server access. no play. If It is Wide spread feature then it should be announced soon.
MS did say that pre downloading was on there to do list but never gave a specific date. Will be buying Titanfall dd so hope it does happen in time for that.

I honestly don't see why it's such a big deal. The resolutions seems pretty high regardless and the differences get more and more minimal as time goes on.

LOL well that sux but hey on bright side I just used the Size distance calculator it says for 480pmaximum distance should be 35.2feet (10.7m)Then it sounds like i will be 'out of luck' cause i am using a projector and the size of the 'screen' (wall) is 110 inch. The good news is though...since the X1 will be bought first....i will not be able to compare the two consoles directly. So for a long while i will not know any better. It might change later down the road when i eventually own both consoles. I sit like 5 meters away from the screen, so if i was to directly compare the two, a game in 720p and 1080p...i'm sure it would be quite significant. Unless it has gotten much better for X1 in that regard, by the time i will be buying a PS4. Time will tell

Complete HD is 4K LOLAFAIK, the only game not in 1080p is BF4, everything else is.
Full HD is 1080p.
Realistic HD is 3D 4K :-D
And then there's 8K TV that was shown 85" with 7680x4320 resolution with over 30 million more pixels than 1080p makes even 1080p not seem like HD.
And there's a guy that built a pc to run his games at 12K with 3 monitors lol that's 1.5 billion pixels talk about Full HD hahaha

Liking it, I need to get used to the controls. When I beat the first chapter i got like 6 achievements,lol.
The executions are nice, not sure what the dpad does. I figure it will take me 3 play throughs to get the controls down pat.

Cool beans. Also, the article mentioned Halo 5 in 2014, but it doesn't have any new screenshots as far as I know. Seems like E3 will be the place to be.
Let;s just hope it's not their assumption, cause magazines tend to do that. I mean most of all thought Halo 5 was coming this year until that dude spoke about Halo 2 Anniversary coming this year.
