Stacks of Bones falling off the shelf at Best Buy but no PS4. Sony needs to get their ass in gear.
 
I was in gamestop today and they had just gotten a decent sized shipment of PS4's in (I guess the whole area was receiving some consoles today) the employee said he expects them all to be gone by tomorrow night.

Played some Call of Duty: Ghosts for the first time and got Killzone: Shadow Fall as well. Not sure what all the fuss is about when it comes to Ghosts but then again it's CoD so people are going to hate. Game is awesome. Going to start Killzone soon.

As for CoD, never got into Ghosts. Each game I played less and less from the CoD/WaW days. But Titanfall is different.

Don't forget to scoop up all the freebie PS+ games!

Hard to find but definitely not impossible. When i walked into the GameStop and saw the PS4 just sitting on the counter waiting for me i was like.. wait what's going on here? They just looked at me puzzled. I'm like everyone's trying to get one of these right now. They're like yeah, you're lucky.

Then when i walked outside the store with it i was expecting to get mugged. Nothing happened, it was shocking. I guess it's nice to live in a safe place. Can't imagine trying to do all that in the city. Glad i moved out of Boston awhile ago.

Outlast made me jump hard lol..but gave up after I couldn't find any more battery's.. resogun is a free competitive arcade shooter that keeps you coming back for more. I just beat killzone on hard, now onto bf4.

It's a toss up between the Xbox One controller and the DS4 for me now. I didn't think the X1 controller could be topped but maybe it can. The DS4 is just so comfortable to me. It fits my hands even better than the X1 controller. Something i thought was impossible.

PS4 Controller > DS3 Controller > Xbox 360 Controller. IMO.

Hands aren't big enough for a comfortable hold on the Xbox controller.

I haven't held the One controller yet.
 
Fck Outlast, I need a volume to calm down after a few minutes in that game world. I ain't playing it no more. And here I thought I liked horror games from thoroughly enjoying games like Dead Space and Resident Evil. But those games are amateurs in comparison to the frightful, heart racing Outlast. Great game if you like to be in constant fear, but I'm too squeamish.
 
So Corrinne Yu, who used to be part of the halo team and is now at naughty dog. Apparently she's on the ICE team, and the ICE team made the PS3 sing. Will she make the PS4 sing? The stuff she works on will creep into pretty much all of the first party game engines and into the tools and stuff.

We'll see. She is a great addition to the ND team and can only improve them in the graphical department (not like they really need it though).
 
I want Ico and Shadows ported to the PS4. 4K and 60fps. No less is acceptable.

Can't wait to see the results. The Last of Us still blows my mind.
 
Just started TR: DE yesterday. So far, I'm blown away by the graphics. It feels silky smooth with the unlocked 60FPS.

Apparently there's a rumour going around that ND will be releasing an Uncharted remastered collection for the PS4 at the end of 2014.

The news at the moment has to be taken with the tongs: it seems that Sony Computer Entertainment has scheduled a collection dedicated to Uncharted, to be released at the end of 2014 on the PlayStation 4.

That would be great, if true. I haven't played UC2 or 3 yet. I'd hold off for the PS4 versions. The others -- Golden Abyss and Fight for Fortune -- I assume those are the PSP/Vita titles that people thought were pretty good?
 
That is nice, but I would have to pass. I was late to the PS3 so I played through all three in the last couple of years anyways.
 
Whatever she or they did on Halo 4, didn't like it. Reach is so much more pleasing and rich. Halo 4 is like that "new gen" over saturation metal look.

I'd buy but WTF are you going to remaster? The PS3 games look fine you're not going to redo the textures. All they I think would do it up the FPS and make it 1080p.
 
I'm sure the assets they created were a lot better than the PS3 could show them at.
 
Any PS4 games worth recommending? I'm planning on buying a PS4 in the summer so I can play ESO with my pals, and aside from that, the only game that has caught my interest is Infamous. I'd check myself because I really am interested but I'm just that friggin' lazy lol. Although a link to a short list of games would still be appreciated :)

Edit: yeah never mind, friend showed me a list on Wikipedia. Jesus f*** there be some cool looking games.

I want infamous too but might wait until I can find a used copy instead.. The only game I want to hurry up an come out is driveclub, any new news on this game lately?

Nothing, surprisingly. Latest rumor is Sony is holding it for the GDC and their VR headset. The source of this rumor? Wishful thinking.
