"Some very scary threats have just been made against me and my family," she wrote on Twitter. "Contacting authorities now." A follow-up tweet read: "I'm safe. Authorities have been notified. Staying with friends tonight. I'm not giving up. But this harassment of women in tech must stop!"
Dat DLCDidn't she get over 60K? And she's been caught stealing other peoples gameplay videos for hers.
You would think with all that money she got she'd at least stop being a filthy console peasant.
If she bought all of those games, why does she use other peoples gameplay footage?
Does she play all those games for research?
I've played the demo, and I do feel like the character is highly sexualized, but then again, I felt like that was parody, but I don't think she's entirely off the mark with Bayonetta either. The game definitely seemed to have ingredients of the "sex sells" philosophy when I played it. Whether you personally find it good or bad is another discussion, but in that specific case, I don't think she's 100% in the wrong.
Not to say you're in the same boat as this guy, but Whedon had a funny tweet that your comment reminded me of:Pretty bummed that Joss Whedon decided to support her, I thought he was smarter than that. I thought he would definitely be one of those that could see through the stretched truth, distorted views and downright lies in her project.

I guess reposnidng with thoughtful comments to the contrary or how men are always brutalized in video games was too much to ask for.
Damn, I should create a Kickstarter founded on a completely asinine argument.
it's the internet you can post a picture of a kitten and someone will threaten to kill you. welcome to the f***ing internet when you put yourself on it. kotaku is a POS site and the so called men who are all like but I want to defend women and they should be treated this and this way STFU you p****'s. I'll take a wild guess most of them are single.
I'll be honest. Never heard of this Anita feminist until i came across this thread. I kind of wish it stayed that way because i hate people like this.
If it was me I wouldn't even make a thread about it to not spread garbage.
