Xbox one for me. I'm really big into competitive multiplayer games so the best online gaming experience is the number one thing I'm looking for. IMO you cannot beat what Xbox is offering as far as dedicated servers go and just the whole Xbox live experience. also it's worth $500 more for me to never again have to see a rhythm shattering host migration message pop up numerous times in the middle of the same match!!! or have somebody dashboard on you and you lose all of your stats for that match.

kinectbox1 @ launch & PS4 when they unlock the potential or if infamous scores 9.5 or higher.

I'm getting both at launch. Investing more in games for my Xbox first though, as I like the early available exclusives like Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, and Crimson Dragon. Outside of 3rd party stuff, I feel like most of Sony's heavy hitters will start coming early next year. But I'm going to have mine early anyway.

Both but much like this generation one will be neglected eventually. Which one that is will depend entirely on the exclusive content.

I'm leaning PS4. I've been an Xboxer for 12 years, and I want a change. I like what Sony/PS4 offers. I plan to wait a year, though, so it's possible that I could change my mind.

Fanboy. So is Blue! D:

Starting this gen with PS4 and will pick up an X1 probably next year. More interested in the PS4 exclusives at this point although Forza 5 makes it hard. If Quantum Break was a launch title I'd get an X1 at launch as well.

X1...all my online buddies are on Live, and nothing on PS4 interests me so far. Maybe TLOU2, or GoW will sell me on a PS4 later, so I'm open to picking one up eventually, but not in the first year at least.

Oh and Titanfall. I really believe it will be a system seller.

Neither at launch, I'm waiting until they have some games under their belts, just as I did last gen

Odd to see XBox One winning at the moment considering most seemed to be going for the PS4 on TXB.

Pity they can't think of any new games to make, they still pay other companies to make their exclusives. They still only got, FABLE, FORZA and HALO after all this time.

Too bad Sony and Nintendo milk franchises as well [more than MS on a whole] and also get 3rd party devs to make games for them......

Going with both, but just waiting a couple weeks to get the PS4 after the Xbox One.

I voted PS4, although i probably will end up with both in the end. The exclusives Sony has given us in the past just fit my interest level more than MS's. Also, i like that only multi-player is behind the pay wall for Sony, as person who isn't a big multi-player fan it nice that if i want netflix or other services, i am not tied into paying extra for PSN+ if i don't want too.

Neither atm as I just got the current consoles not long ago. But I'm leaning x1 first with the ps4 following about a year after that.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. It's a big shift. I'm not sure why. Maybe we lost a lot of PS people during the last few months; maybe we took on a lot of new Xbox fans; or maybe a lot of people changed their minds from PS to Xbox. Maybe a combination.

Whatever it is, we clearly have an Xbox-dominant site now (not too surprising ... it was TXB, after all). You can see it in the posting rates on the Xbox vs. PS forums too, with the former having about 3 times the posts of the latter.

PS4. I've soured on the disingenuous nature of Microsoft and the direction they are taking the Xbox brand. I may still grab an Xbone down the line if something really compelling comes out that I can't play on PC.

In about a years time...I see this changing much.

I don't even know if it's fair to include Nintendo in this, that's all they do essentially. :p

PS4. It's more powerful and should also have more Japanese games than the Xbox One. I might get an Xbox One eventually just for the exclusives and so I can play PS4 games on my Xbox One with that neat TV feature.

Neither. My PC will keep me happy for a long, long time. Long enough for both consoles to get their first 50+ titles and price drops.

But even without knowing what's coming late next year and beyond I'm most likely going PS4 as it will have experiences I can't find (in some form) on my PC.

PS4 at launch and maybe the X1 next year sometime.
