Actually, vgchartz was 3x more accurate and trustworthy than yours. Vgchartz was off by only 300,000 units and that's mostly because they can't count Windows Store sales. Looks like ps4 is on pace to join the wii, ps1, and ps2 100 million club.
It's a great game. I literally put in 100 hours on it. Since you haven't played it yet i suggest getting the PC version instead when it's on sale. If i recalled the ps3 version is only 30 fps.

Looks like the only thing stopping the PS4 from being the best selling console of all time is this arms race we got going on. New half measure consoles every 3-4 years will disrupt the record books. That's okay though, PS4 will still hit 100 million joining the short list of legendary consoles to make that club.

Persona 5 is my first Persona. Haven't played it yet though. After 80 hours in both Nioh and Horizon I needed a couple different shorter games in between.

Some people care. They just don't have a big impact in the US outside of games from Square. Even Square has added a Western flair to their games to help sales. Persona is being considered the best turn based RPG in many years. If it doesn't crack a million in US, nothing in that genre will.
