Some of the verbiage on the website makes me think the same. It mentions it was developed "very closely" with Remedy.
Honestly from the price point, to the lack of media, to the last trailer, all signs seem to point to this game being hot garbage.

Looks much better than I was anticipating honestly. The main gripes I have from that are the disappearing bodies and the lack of environmental interaction.

Isn't that weird? I mean, if the game was really as big as they say it is in China, the formula must work. So why not just add english voice overs, and upload and boom, done.
