COD seems to almost always have a great campaign/story, battlefield has always been mix, but not bad company good.

- Campaign tells the story about two PMCs: Glovbal Risk and Black List.
- Operations, essentially the campaign. Two are ready at launch. Expect a linear campaign experience
- Enemy types expected to be varied and includes foot soldiers, snipers, shields, boss fights have been confirmed.
- Difficulty options; easy, normal, hard
- According to Remedy MGS and Resident Evil were the main inspirations
- Multiplayer will be an updated and better looking version of Smilegate's previous Crossfire game. It's F2P
- Multiplayer modes go from objective based to pure team deathmatch, and a 30 player mode
- unknown mapcount, but some maps from the previous title has been remade
- Tactical growth system are perks which only count for one round
- Legendary mercernaries are powerful forms players can transform into. Requires killstreaks for activation
- Full details of personalization has not been revealed, but will part of the game, especially considering how much money these extras made in the first game.
- Supports smart delivery. Resolution unknown
Games is out in 20 days and we still don't know map numbers, modes, personalisation, res, etc.

If the game is $60 and only has 2 campaign missions at launch, this is DOA.
The IGN Unlocked crew seem like pretty huge Remedy fans and they were pretty negative about the recent gameplay preview, which isn't a good sign. You never can tell though, Sony more or less acted like Returnal didn't exist until a few weeks before release.
The campaign is coming to Game Pass, right? Did I make that up?
I don't do Game Pass, so I am not sure. But I am gonna have to check out the IGN Unlocked.
I'm probably more interested in the MP as opposed to the campaign and that is apparently F2P. Just want something different than CoD/BF style MP. Odd that Remedy is doing the campaign but there are only 2 missions...hope that is a misinterpretation or something. Was unaware it was coming to gamepass so I'll give it a go either way.
It says 2 Operations. My assumption of only 2 missions is based on other games with that mission labelling. For all we know each operation has several missions and take 4 hours complete.

I'm pretty sure the 2 operations are you playing as each side. I saw a gameplay video where they said half the game on one side and half as the opposing faction, so makes sense.
yeah, think I got it confused with GP subers getting extra content.
