Just finished this, gonna go with 8/10. As I’ve said it looks amazing, nails the atmosphere, and the combat is mostly great. It’s kind of like a big budget summer movie, it looks great and has a ton of action but the story ended up being pretty shallow. I found the game pretty difficult in spots too.
I was annoyed at times with checkpoint spacing and placement of the 3D printers where you buy and sell stuff, wish they had tightened that up. Took me about 11 hours exploring and dying a bunch so definitely could have been longer as well.

Going to be even worse for PC until they up those minimums.
I didn't post much with that account though...I think I just went to wcg forum instead... so either I get a 2013 senior account with a glorious post count of 9, or this noob account with a short, but intense history of compassionate and loving post exchanges with all you beautiful souls (and the one putrid stinker).

I'm a couple hours in and I think it's great too. I decided to wait and see if they get the RT reflections turned on soon. There is no reason for that. It's still looks amazing though.
On another note- I decided to play through A plagues Tale requiem and... woah. Seriously getting slept on. Graphically one if the most impressive games I've played. Great story too. Some wild, unexpected sequences...
Doing a second play through and thought I’d pass along an interesting strategy I’m trying out. Your inventory is pretty small for the first half of the game, so this time I’m selling everything I get for money towards upgrades. Even bullets and health.
It has actually made the game way easier for me since you get a drop for every enemy you kill so your inventory is never empty for long, and you get much earlier access to the more powerful upgrades.

I upgraded the power of the baton first, as the highest tier is pretty expensive, along with an upgrade where any time an enemy tries to block your attack you break their arm. That’s a pretty important one I’ve found.
My other focus has been upgrading GRP, what you use to grab enemies, and one of my weapons that’s essentially a double barreled shotgun. That weapon is great if there are multiple enemies in front of you.

Performance mode on the consoles:
PS runs at a higher resolution on average with better framerate as well. Range is 1188p to 1440p in that mode on the consoles.
Quality mode on consoles:
XSX runs at a higher resolution, averages around 1620p on series X to 1512p on PS5, however PS5 runs better and has raytraced reflections absent on XSX which instead uses SSR.
Series S:
Series S is at 1080p in it's one mode, but it's visuals is mostly in line with the visual cuts seen in performance mode on the more powerful consoles with worse lighting in certain parts.
NX indicates that performance has improved for Xbox consoles from various patches since launch.....
