Kind of disappointed in the reviews so far, but it's to be expected, I guess. I thought MoS was Just OK. Still looking forward to it.
 
How does RT decide what's fresh/rotten?

3/5 from one review gets a fresh but a 6/10 gets a rotten
 
I am taking a nerdy chick from work. She isn't bad at all. I am looking forward to the movie.

Snyder is great for directing these films but they need better heads in charge.

But then the main complaint seems to be the mood. DC films tend to be gloomy but they should still have humour. Especially from Flash and Lantern
 
same here but I did see one small spoiler than made me roll my eyes but it might work better when i actually see it

Great to hear that! Affleck allegedly wants to direct the next solo Batman movie. He actually excels at directing. Honestly, he's a better director than Snyder is. I'd love to see a real noir detective batman movie from Affleck! This couldn't happen of course, if he didn't also own the part.

Truthfully, despite all my grievances, I rather liked BVS. Unlike nearly all of the Marvel movies, it feels like the work of an actual filmmaker instead of a glorified television production.

I honestly find the way rotten tomatoes works kind of wonky. If it is supposed to be an average of good or bad reviews, it seems that they need a more consistent way to determine what that means.
