Isn't Arkane part of Zenimax and not Atvi though ?

Of course. The FTC used MS exclusivity over Bethesda games as an argument to not allow the ABK deal to close.

From 2022:

In a complaint issued today, the FTC pointed to Microsoft’s record of acquiring and using valuable gaming content to suppress competition from rival consoles, including its acquisition of ZeniMax, parent company of Bethesda Softworks (a well-known game developer). Microsoft decided to make several of Bethesda's titles including Starfield and Redfall Microsoft exclusives despite assurances it had given to European antitrust authorities that it had no incentive to withhold games from rival consoles.

BTW, that one that is claiming to be an ex Sony dev isn't an ex Sony dev. He was found out to be a fraud, some guy from Brazil that leaks fake rumors.

Maybe PS fans don't want to talk crap about the game until they know, for sure, if it's exclusive. 🤷‍♂️
 
Windows Central now updated their article to say they don't know if it's exclusive or not. Jez believes it is though.

If microsoft really isn't doing a pro model of the xbox series x, I can see the new xbox launch in 2027. Game could end up being cross-gen.
 
I'm not a fan of Arkane's style and games. So this is a disappointment for me as of now.
