Bethesda VP Pete Hines has revealed that Disney had a deal with ZeniMax to release MachineGames' Indiana Jones title on multiple consoles. After Microsoft bought ZeniMax, however, the deal was amended to make it an Xbox console exclusive.

They still didn't slap any logos on it. Which then made people question if it would be exclusive or not but from the FTC case we know Spencer decided to make all Bethesda games exclusive.
The fact MS or Bethesda hasn't clarified this yet is telling us that there is perhaps something, otherwise it would've been stated as so once journalists reached out to Bethesda/MS.
Now whether that be something legal, or they want to avoid doing something or they're still talking with Marvel about it... we'll find out probably as times goes by.

I don’t think he’s serious, maybe it’s more of an engagement mechanism, maybe I’m a naive optimist.
I do the same, with Sony or anything I feel might be of interest but also of interest to me. I’ve posted topics about Sony, that I’ve been told come across as a troll, but don’t get the same engagement or any at all. But I don’t see many or any coming to the defense of Sony.
At the moment that’s all I can think of, I’m not one to take things too seriously, like I like all y’all… but if you or anyone have suggestions to improve please do.

I doubt he’s Val, tho. Cos I know Val didn’t like everything I posted and feel like he’d get upset or I’d get under his nerves sometimes, he’d retort or ignore most of what I said and continue on.
I do forget or get them confused, like most writers from kotaku are either forgotten or hated. Usually a google search helps but I’m lazy.
