Companies suing because of DMCA reasons is hilarious. Funny how they don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot.

Yes, he is a dick.

Problem is, DMCA is widely abuse. Youtube will by default remove video of DCMA claim unless it is appealed. Then they will look at it.

Even when it is found that you did not violate DMCA, the person making the false/wrong claim will not face any consequence iirc.

One solution is for people who constantly made wrong/fake DMCA claim to face some consequences.

That is still subject to Youtube moderators being fair, & unbias, which is hard to verified.
