Companies suing because of DMCA reasons is hilarious. Funny how they don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot.You see the headline and think Bungie being dicks going after "the little guy" but no this time the guy being sued is a dumb dick.
Problem is, DMCA is widely abuse. Youtube will by default remove video of DCMA claim unless it is appealed. Then they will look at it.A big part of it is on Youtube for allowing anyone to make a DMCA claim against anyone else.
