Indies are the next big thing for consoles. Never know when you're going to land on the next Minecraft. Steam has boatloads of indie games and they sell very well in bundles.

It's your decision, your money and your own preference Qbert. Nobody hear will be able to change your mind regardless because you have your own opinion. personally if you can afford the additional $100 and the retailer you purchased the Playstation from allows you to return it for a full refund then go for the Xbox One, if you can afford both even better. Games consoles are bought for entertainment and if the One will have you happy get it.
My situation for example: I got the PS4 as a birthday present from the wife and am getting an Xbox One tomorrow of my own back but with no games. I honestly don't know what to get, what I want and or do I actually want any of the games available but I go back to London on the 18th of December for up to 3 months so I won't be playing anything for a long time. I don't have buyers remorse because up until the 18th what I've done makes me happy. I don't game too often but it's my release like playing football (soccer).

I know you are a PC Gamer same as me. Most of the "exclusive" games that will release on X1 will also be there on PC.
I really do want an X1 but i am struggling with the justification. I'll most probably get one anyway just like with the 360 (which i did not get my money's worth out of).

My comment would apply to xbla "lists" as well. If you read my comment carefully then you will see that it was a response to the CONTINUED use of indies to push this agenda that The PS4 deceivingly has more AAA titles available. Sony has been the worst this... Back then, Indie games weren't considered real games. Now they are very important.
As for Qbert.. Keep it man. Sony will deliver in time. They're pretty good with the whole "potential" thing.

I personally didn't count xbla games as "AAA" titles . Even good xbla games were more like snacks than a meal . A drought is a drought and it pretty much looks the same for both . I am looking forward to playing Transistor and Deep Down if I crack and buy into next gen before next Christmas . Hey I prefer the XB1 personally, but I still think you should keep the PS4 and at least give the 2nd wave of games a chance. You went PS4 for a reason - both consoles are going to have their issues at launch whether it's feature set or available games. If you don't like it after that second wave comes out, then go ahead and sell it, I would wager you could still get close to full price for it.

It's tough when consoles first come out you might feel like you got $crewed but down the line both systems will be great trust me. The other big thing is people think price drops are going to happen like a month later I don't see that happening either. My advice if you can afford it just get both consoles that's what I did. If you have buyers remorse work some overtime and trade things in it will help alleviate the remorse.
