CBOAT is EKIM, maybe... possibly... probably not... I really have no idea. Who's on first?

that's not even true at all. The guy became popular because of a lot of the stuff he said came true but some was false. So when he talks ppl listen.
 
This s*** is crazy. I remember EKIM but he was never a mod to my knowledge. As was stated already he seemed pretty pro Xbox for the most part. Either way this isn't some rumor started by Mrxmedia or whatever his name is the whole thing started in a thread on Neogaf about Source 2.0 leak. A poster asked CBOT why his dropbox info was the same as EKIM or something to that effect. Neogaf mods quickly deleted the post and banned the poster etc.

Frankly this whole situation is pretty damned funny to me. (Frankly i figured it was only a matter of time before someone outted CBOT.)

I am enjoying watching this unfold and hope it turns into some massive clusterf*** for Neogaf on some level. Probably won't though.
 
Haha. What a farce. I'm skimming GAF now looking for a thread about it. Nothing so far. If anyone knows the thread, please post or PM it to me.
 
Going by posts and people posting Google Cache, looks like GAF mods and this Ekim guy went into editing and post deleting mode to cover up the evidence.

Hahaha. What a sham.

From what I've seen, no doubt GAF mods/owner knows what's going on. But hey, good call on them for click bait CBOAT.
 
GAF sure swept this one under the rug. You'd think out of the zillion gamers on that site they'd be talking about it all day and night. Nice lock down by the mods to save their asses! LOL
 
Some people in this thread have two things:

1) Far too much time on their hands
2) A near manic persecution complex when it comes to Microsoft and the XB1.
