It is Ok. The condition of in game chat is abysmal. Remember when you joined a lobby and everybody was there for fun? Nowadays they are either dead because people are fed up with the A'holes screaming all manner of inappropriate stuff or they full of A'holes screaming inappropriate stuff. There's no fun. There is no atmosphere to promote fun.
We haven't even started on the A'holes who just load a game up to ruin other peoples games. Or the ever growing issue of cheaters.

As far as cheaters.... give the option to not crossplay with PC people.
