Can it really be a generational change if the 360 did it too and it's a lot cheaper? Then if you say you're not counting the 360 can you really say tens of millions of people own this generational gap kinect?

Maybe not in life time sales but there prob is 5 times the 360 kinects sold then the XBO kinects.
Advertising speech. Basically an attempt at implanting in your subconscious that something was broken, that never actually was, has now been fixed.
And yes, i totally pulled that out of my ass, but it makes perfect sense at the same time.
