Makes 0 sense as to why Sony won't greenlight a sequel but will greenlight a movie. Bend Studios have said they want to do a Days Gone 2.
Maybe MS can do Days Gone 2 and release it on Game Pass, and make it for PlayStation?

Thats not gonna happen, Bend Studios is owned by Sony, this ain't a MLB The Show type thing. Lol.

Ah, ok! I for some reason was thinking they closed Bend and the workers were looking to get DG2 published. Yup, that won't work :)

Completed this last night. Enjoyed it but even now the game has issues.

Story is a bit meh.
Lots of lighting issues.
FPS is all over the place(base PS4)
Couple missions are bugged.
Could have done with more variety in the Camp Ambushes and Infestations.
AI is a bit buggy.

Overall I'd give it a 7/10.

I stopped about halfway through due to a bugged mission and I couldn't get past it. I just assumed it would be fixed by now, and I was hoping to get back to it one day. Maybe not?

I'm looking for a good Steam sale before buying. Sounds like it'll be fun to play and does get decent feedback.

Even on the Pro it wasn't very good and gave me pretty bad motion sickness. That combined with the awful character constantly mumbling/growling and the always running out of fuel made me stop playing. The 5-6 ratings the game received at launch were totally justified.

To get past the bugged missions I had to load an earlier save and do the mission again. Something to keep in mind if you do pick it up again.

I am not opposed to that, as I forgot most of it now anyway. I think I will finish that up after I am done with God of War R.

One of the best games ever made imo. After a few patches the PC version was top notch. I feel like going through a 2nd playthrough.
My only issue was adding fuel to the bike. That pisses me off. I understand why they did it, but I don't like that aspect. But when I go to finish the game, I think I will focus on the bike upgrades more.

For me, I never once came close to running out of fuel. But I got so immersed in the world that I explored every area I came across. So fuel and resources for crafting was never an issue for me.

I played this game on PS4 and didn't run into any major issues. I'd like to see how it performs on PS5 hardware. A framerate increase would be nice.

I ran out a few times and found my self RUNNING RUNNING RUNNING to find more. Probably just the play style.

Constant 60fps bliss on the PS5.

I've had this installed and ready to go since the PS5 released, but still have yet to try it out. Maybe some day. My backlog is ridiculous, I don't know why I even buy new games!

How would you even know to be offended by it unless you did actually play it? I don't think anybody is cancelling zombies.
Well I don't think he is saying they were all those things. The woke peeps obviously played it, but he seems to think they marked it far lower because of that act.

Then again, I'm half way through Uncharted 4 and can't fathom how it got a 93 on metacritic.

Are you enjoying it?

Maybe he's mad they didn't get that special Sony treatment in their reviews?
Who knows.

All I know is, I played the game for 70 hours and can't recall a single woke thing in it. Only thing I can attribute this too is the weird relationship between 2 female characters, but even then, I can't recall them saying or game saying they are lesbians.
