I mean, this is not going to be console exclusive.
It will be Microsoft exclusive, because it will be on Windows PC.
So to me, that is not console exclusive...........
Microsoft has been great at supporting both Xbox and PC.
I can't play Nintendo games on a PC or a Mac, that's ok though?
The whole thing is a farce. I don't even care though. It just smells of hypocrisy and I hate that stuff.

if you can play switch games on an Xbox then I’m pretty sure you can a Mac and pc, just like you can on the Steamdeck.

The last mainline Elder Scrolls game sold 60 million. It actually makes more financial sense right now to keep it multiplatform.
But, who knows what the market, both home console and cloud, will look like in 6+ years time. If Xbox can turn things around enough they might need those Playstation sales.
So, why in the hell would you make such a big decision so far out??? Makes no sense.
I wouldn't bet on that, it'll probably be a year or so after launch unless the console comes later than expected and then it'll be cross-gen anyway. They said at least 5 years away, if it's going to be on a new console that's probably going to add another year at least of dev time and the 5 years was probably wishful thinking anyway, they still have to make add on content for starfield.
They should start working on the next halo now, so it could be day in day of launch. It’ll be enough time to have a game as big as Skyrim, or oblivion. And hopefully with enough maps and mp modes/options. Something akin to what reach had in firefight
Hmm. Elder Scrolls VI as a console launch title would definately push some consoles.
Maybe, though in 5-6 years the power gap between the Series S and the next Xbox would be immense.
Maybe a streaming option for older consoles?

If it turns out to be a next gen launch title I would say that basically guarantees Xbox exclusivity - unless they want to make it multiplatform and use it as a Trojan Horse to get their hands on PS6 dev kits early.Still won't give a straight yes or no

They are waiting for the ATVI acquisition to go through I'm guessing before they go full out publicly and say yes. Internally it is already a yes is my guess.
My guess, it’ll be exclusive, but it’ll be a launch title for next gen that happens to be on series s/x as well…like BotWStill won't give a straight yes or no
