True and Xbox would have access to the long established franchise of 30+ Spider-Man games we have had over the years.

Everyone needs to stop with the copium. All these prognosticators said that Starfield would not perform commercially well since it skipped the PS5 and launched on console and PC gamepass. Then it went on to be one of the best selling games of the year.
Elder Scrolls is a much, much bigger IP. It will do monster numbers regardless of the platform. And given MS current strategy, given Starfield's commercial success as a testing ground, they're willing to forgo any lost PS5 sales if it increases Gamepass subs or drives consumers into the xbox ecosystem.
I'd book ES6 as an xbox/PC exclusive.

Bethesda going exclusive first party on Xbox/Windows is incredible to me. They should have bought them 22 years ago though.

ES6 is a next console generation game. They are talking about it way too soon.
I wanna agree with ya, but I feel like Tod and the team have many things setup already, kinda like he’s already got story beats down for the next (and his final) fallout….could fallout be his final game as a lead? Maybe passing the baton onto another (and hopefully other studios)?
With Starfield just releasing I don’t expect this to release till the next console hits. Would be a huge console exclusive af the new console launch.

Agreed but Xbox's project managers are blind deaf squirrels so they'll fumble the release somehow.
Day one console purchase for me.
I did buy the OG and 360 on launch day, but held off on the Xbone and Series X, which was weird to me at the time.
But ES6 as a launch title on a new gen Xbox, done and done, no brainer for me.
