Don't know. I wouldn't be surprise if they are in the actual game too.
Just asked my friend Google. He showed me that they are in the actual game. Well, Red Menace and Atomic Command are.

PS4 has better graphics. Xbox One will have mods sooner and you get Fallout 3 with it. Depends on what your preference is.

If you can wait a week or two after release, you'll probably see some coverage of that issue, giving you a sense of which one you might like more. I don't expect major differences. I'm going with PS4 myself.

I saw somebody--on this site, I think--say it will lift on the 9th.
My Loot Crate Fallout 4 special edition box just came in the mail today. Big box. I'm going to rip it open in a few minutes and will post the goodies inside, with spoiler tags in case anyone else is waiting on a similar surprise. At $100 I am hoping for some cool goods.

I'll probably do PS4, but F3 would be nice (realistically, I'd probably never play it though, so whatevs).
Addendum to the Loot Crate Fallout 4 box....garbage. It's all going up on eBay asap whether I break even or not. I think I will keep the coasters and pins, high quality there. Mail carrier bag, hoodie, Dogmeat plush that looks like a pug not a shepherd, posters, full size flag. May have missed an item, nothing worth putting spoiler tag on. Maybe someone else will like this crap. Need to go cancel my Mass Effect box if this is what to expect. Honestly the monthly LC boxes have had neater items. JMHO.
That's a bummer. That's not the pip boy edition though, right? If so, how much did this edition cost?

Purchased and pre-loaded! Can't wait! I put in just over 100 hrs into each of Oblivion, FO3, and Skyrim (and Witcher 3). Won't be coming up for air till Xmas at least!

I'm as hyped for this game as I was for Fallout 3. Probably even more hyped for Fallout 4!
I've played and beat every Fallout game from Fallout 1. It has been so amazing to see the progression of the series.
I've already told the loved ones in my life that they are replaceable, but Fallout 4 is forever.
It'll be more comfortable exploring Boston from my TV and recliner. Plus, it's more fun to share the experience (videos, screenshots) with my friends.
Nah. The screams of mutants who crossed me always drown the radio out.
Oh well. On the bright side, you will have more time for Fallout. YAY!
