I've been trying to race in cockpit view but its not easy with the limited visibility you get from outside the car. Luckily replay has a ton of camera view options to choose from and I almost always pick cockpit or hood. The sense of speed is just too good.

I can't think of any direct competition to Playground Games in the open world racing space. But even if there was I think they'd still be on top. Whoever designed the tracks should be proud of his/her work. To be able to stitch together races this fun in such a vast open world is super impressive.

I am hoping the next Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown coming out next year is gonna be a great competitor.

I want to do cockpit view, but my god I can't stop looking at the environment, and that wipes out most of it.

Does the game default back to your originally selected car from the start of the game every time you start for anyone else? Not a big deal., but kinda annoying if I can't remember what car I was working on perks for.
Not for me. It always starts me the last car I was driving....that is both with or without quick resume.

The track design in FH5 is hands down the biggest improvement for me. Stick on some tough A.I and it is mucho fun.

Well she opened the top. It was a BORING unboxing to me! I would rather watch YOU unbox that bad boy. Now, be a good peasant and go buy one, unbox it and video it for me.

Now.
She opened her top? Who and where are the pics?

Uh, I mean, I finally got to play this game for about 45 minutes. I put it in quality mode to start with and I don't feel like I'm missing 60fps at all, though I may try it to see if it feels like it handles better. Damn fun game though.

Gotcha.

Is Forzavista mode different from photo mode from pressing up on the d-pad?

You can take photos pressing up on the dpad while gaming. But you can also go into your cars in the menu and click on them. You will see them on the screen in full, and you can camera around them take photos, "explode" them, which will open all the doors, hood, trunk, and let you take Forzavista pictures inside and out. You can also do Forzavista in your home space where you park your car outside the house you bought.

Oh okay. So Forzavista is only when you go into your cars from the menu, not during gameplay.

Right. You have to go to home spaces, Horizon Hub, or in a garage to get the Forzavista photos. Photomode during gameplay isn't the same, but has mostly the same camera options.

Vista mode is higher quality, including RT.

Photo mode is exactly the same as the game in play.
Not trying to do a vs. thing here. But it would have been pretty cool to have a Forzavista available in a similar "Scapes" mode that GT Sport has, especially with the environment in this game.

You kind of do. The homes on the map offer a different setting for vista.

I know it's a game, but does it bother anyone in the slightest, during the festival expeditions, they find a beautiful vista and decide to plant a festival in the middle of it?
