Back in the PS1/PS2 days (when i was very young) every game pretty much I'd go through multiple times.

The last few games that i played through multiple times were MGS4 and GTA 4/5
 
In recent times:

  • All the bethsoft games: Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim and all DLC
  • Diablo III (you kind of have to keep redoing the campaign, I'm probably at about 40 times now across different chars / difficulties)
  • Demon's Souls (4-5 times now)
  • Dark Souls (3 times)
  • Torchlight (lost count)
Probably a few more in recent years, but those are the big ones. Without these, I probably would have just quit gaming. They are what keeps me doing it, specially diablo-style games and Bethesda open-world RPGs.
 
Baldur's Gate 2
Fallout 1, 2, 3 & New Vegas
Kotor 1 & 2
The Jedi Knight games.
Diablo 1, 2, 3? :p
Mass Effect 1,2.
Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War
X-Com
Titan Quest
Civilization 1,2,4 & 5.
Half-Life 1 & 2
Moria (Rougelike RPG)
Dragon Age 1 & 2.
Borderlands 1 & 2
Champions, Death Knights and Dark Queen of Krynn.

And alot more games on the NES and Amiga.

Bioshock, to name a few...

I, like Bunz, only got 1 maybe two games a year when I was a kid, so I played just bout every NES game I had many multiple times through, even if they were garbage.
