Gotta love getting new TVs

I dont even know why they sell 720p and say it's hd...it's not even close to HD.

720 pixels versus 1080 pixels...easy math right there.

It wasn't sold as a HD TV. Never said it was. It was a 32" lcd monitor that could do 720p. They call that 'HD ready' over here. Which is bulls*** too.

Still sporting a 32 inch 720P Samsung TV I got a few years ago. I love it picture is great I may upgrade next year depends if I move or not and if I'm willing to spend the cash.

In Bestbuy they have all their TVs labeled HD whether it's 720p or 1080p. That's the misleading thing about it, stores are calling 720p high definition when in fact it's not.

Yep. Same goes on over here exact they call 720p devices "HD Ready"... whatever the hell that is meant to mean. Rule of thumb is if it has that sticker on it, it's not HD.
