After playing more of Dragon Age: Inquisition on the PS4 i have to change my GOTY choice from FH2 to DA: I. Not only is DA: I the GOTY, it's the RPG of the century.
Cool, I like it too. Some of the game's shortcomings may become more apparent with time. Despite its shortcomings, though, I still think it's a very good game -- best in the Dragon Age series, for sure, although I have to say I like the science-fiction setting of Mass Effect more than the medieval setting.
With all the people wanting to change their votes, I think I should've left the poll open another week or so. Oh well, what's done is done.

What can i say? I woke up and had another change of heart. The PS4 is the best thing going in gaming. I won't be switching my stance again.
How much have you put into it? I started with a hiss and a roar too, but too many bugs and crashes and repetitiveness kind of fizzled my excitement for it, still a very good game.

Must be a defense mechanism on your part because many feel it is you that comes across as a fan boy and I see many laughs directed at you. Just an observation that I think many will agree with.
It's all good, your opinion isn't changing mine and I have come to my conclusion that FH2 was my favorite game I played in 2014 and I don't care if everyone or nobody feels the same. Best of luck on your crusade to change FH2 voters minds, label us fanboys, or diminish the value of our opinion as if yours is superior and unbiased. I think I'll join in that laugh. Har Har Har!

You should. The game deserves an article, but I'm too busy and/or lazy. I'd vote for calling it Assassin's Creed syndrome, though. I enjoyed Far Cry quite a bit, but I get bored with AC games and all their little to-do lists.
