The FTC not giving much of a hassle for the zenimax deal allowed MS to show what they really are about by taking away games from PlayStation.
When we factor in the fact that they were already in development for PS it's even more damning for MS.

The issue is COD's userbase is mainly made up of PS players.
Not comparable to a game with majority of its players on Mobile and PC.

MS is in the very public domain stating they are committed to COD on PS for as long as a PS exists.
