Plainview, could it be that the forums are restricted to members only? And that Amazon bots/crawlers might not be able to access the forums to see the contents? It seems like even Google spiders are not able to get in since the internal threads are not getting indexed:

The site is not 100% open.

As far as Amazon goes, it's about content and providing something that cannot be found on Amazon.com. Forums alone aren't enough. We'll get there.

Your use of sentence fragments and lack of subject-verb and pronoun-reference agreement, or parallel structure is embarrassing.

Try paying attention to my profound ability to communicate and you might learn something. For instance my use of the Oxford comma distinguishes me as a learned fellow of the linguistic arts.

Cretans, the lot of you.
Itz not offen I get picked up on for pore english.

My bad I just realized that the forums are no longer blocked to the public. I'm more familiar with Adsense and I know for sure that Google won't allow ads to where their spiders can't crawl to.

Shouldn't you be fixing WCG? Or stopping it crashing? Or something?

I'd be happy to write occasionally as a pc enthusiast. I think it'd be neat to do different teirs of pc builds on a monthly basis or so. Just general hardware info too. And do VR info as well that people might find interesting for pc and ps4. Im no game reviewer tho as im too specific with my tastes to give unbiased information on games.

Maybe this site will never hit my work's filters if Plain refrains from putting "games" in the keywords :)

I need to do more of dis.....

I wonder if this will help when I reapply.....

They must like blog/article sites over user generated content. I've had an Amazon associates account for a long time and my site wasn't anything special.

It might even be a good idea to have the site homepage point to the blog/articles instead of directly to the forum. Also, Google Adsense will probably make you a lot more money. You also might want to signup for eBay, Netflix, and Gamefly affiliate accounts.

If you still need an Amazon Associate account, just create a Squidoo lens and use that to sign up with. Once you have an account, you can use it on any site you own.

1. Sign up to Squidoo
2. Create a high quality review on a specific game or console
3. Avoid using any copyrighted or trademark terms in the url. In other words make it generic like "my game review." Of course, you can make the actual title more specific, just not the url.
4. Apply to Amazon with the squidoo lens.
5. Once approved, just start using it on this site. I have never let Amazon know what sites I use beyond the first one I set up long ago.
