Guy got called out making a random guess and getting to act like it was sources and had to apologise due to the backlash.

There has/is talk that MS/Xbox is too hands on and effecting the studio work culture. Tim Schafer was very vocal about it, even at Xbox’s e3 show he talked about it during it. He said he went to ninja theory, playground, rare and others and they all told him they’ve always been hands off, which gave him the confidence to give the ok, to join.

People just assume the worst, either they ain’t doing enough or they’re doing too much, they’re too assertive or too aggressive (some out of fear of an incomplete quoted sentence) and now too hands off-ish.

Let’s be honest, every dev doesn’t have a 100% track record of great hits, some are good, some are ok, and some are forgotten.
