Nah, still young….look at most devs from Japan or even the well known ones from the west; Sid Meier, Hideo Kojima, Tim Schafer, and Shigeru Miyamoto…..ancient as they may be, they are aiding in the development of future up and coming Devs like Shinji Mikami did with Jason Johanas
