Got it half price at work.

Awesome. I'm definitely gonna be picking this up. I loved JC2 and this looks to up the fun factor.

50+ hours into the game and still yet to get those talked about serious frame drops and load times.
my bugbear as of yesterday was not being able to stay signed into the game and this causes serious gameplay problems in that the game stops while it's trying to sign you in. after a while it gives up the ghost and asks if you want to play offline which is all well and good until you do the simplest of things like look at your map and it all starts over again with trying to connect to the server.

Are you playing on the Xbox One? From that video you posted it looked okay. The game is freaking crazy though. I wouldn't be shocked if it slowed down.
Not had any bad slow down. A little during a heavy fight but it was very brief and considering what was going on I'm not complaining about it.
I must have played this game for over 40 hours. I am just completed addicted to the world, progressing and upgrading myself through mods and taking over bases and towns. The story is rubbish but who cares when it just allows you to blow stuff up and continue to explore such an engaging world.
yes, it's on X1 running from external drive and yes, there is some slight slow down. but really nothing worthy of mentioning, other than to say it happens.
i'd also add, for the fun and hours i've put into it so far, its my game of the year.

- Some performance optimizations related to hitches and stuttering

I've been holding out on the game and I guess I will continue doing so until it's under $20.
Framerate is nowhere as bad as Arkham Knight, and it is very playable. But this is me using R9 290 after all.
I notice drops now and then, but the game is great and performance issues are drastically exaggerated on the PS4.
Just the annoying loads times hurt it for me. The odd slow down during very heavy explosions but that's it on Xbox One
