KI Season 3: Rash from Battletoads playable today

I've been enjoying playing as Rash. I'm interested to play the final version of him!
This game really only needs one effect to elevate the visuals to fantastic, and that would be some stinkin' Ambient Occlusion. Would make a huge difference.

I'm all for improvement as long as it doesn't affect how it runs. I want to keep my KI blistering fast.
How about it gets to 1080p like other modern fighters 1st?
They say it's over 60fps so its possible I think.
I don't care about 1080 personally. It looks solid enough, AO would have a larger impact. I think I read the game is 90fps, so adding the effect may affect it too much. I would be ok with "only" 60fps, but I'm not as crazy about it as some others *cough* Zcythe *cough*
Howdy y'all. Just wondering, if you buy this game in the shops, do you just get one season? I saw a combo breaker or something in the shops?
Do you buy the seasons separately, or do you buy the characters?
And if I buy season 2, do I miss out on others? Sorry if this all sounds stupid, but I want to give it a go, but I don't want to have to buy 3 separate games so close to the busy season.

KI follows a seasonal model and is priced as such:
Season 1:
Combo Breaker Pack (All season 1 characters) - $19.99
Ultra Edition - (All S1 characters, premium and classic costumes, and the original KI arcade game) - $39.99
Season 2:
Combo Breaker Pack (All season 2 characters) - $19.99
Ultra Edition - (All S2 characters, premium and classic costumes, and the original KI2 arcade game) - $39.99
Killer Instinct Complete Collection (All characters, all costumes, and both KI and KI2 classic) - $79.99 or $59.99 (Gold?)
Individual Character Purchase - You may purchase each character individually for $4.99
Season 1 Combo Breaker pack is the only one available at retail and comes with a bonus code for Season 2's TJ Combo. All other options are digital purchase.
KI is free to download with access to one rotating character. You have access to all game modes and multiplayer, and can fight against any of the other fighters. If you are unsure about purchasing, I would suggest downloading the free version, trying it out by yourself and against other fighters, and then deciding from there.

Haven't even played this much since Rash came out. I've been playing through KI Classic instead.
I want to know which version he is playing as it also comes with Rare Replay and he was supposed to tell me how it compared.

But ts KI Gold...how does that play on RR?
lol forgot about that. I did try KI Gold but only the training mode, which is a great inclusion. Haven't tried regular fights but as rough as KI Classic is I can't imagine Gold being any better.
Yeah I tried to play KI Gold and I remember not liking that back in the day on the N64 and yeah it still is meh.
I do LOVE KI on the XB1 though. So fun. James Goddard and Ken Lobb together designing a fighter is a good match.
