When will you show Orchid gameplay?

Answer = “Soon, by the end of the month. Is it October 25th yet? We want to have a big ol party when we show her. We are probably going to have Orchid at some of the Xbox One road show things.” They are still working on her at the moment. There will be an announcement.

Maybe I missed the front part. I was looking at live stream posted by Zcythe, & its laready underway when I went to the sit. October 25, cool, just nice as I will be just back from my holidays in the Far North.

The Mad Catz Killer Instinct TE 2 fightstick pre-orders are now open. It's going to run you $199.99, and will be available on the Xbox One's launch day, November 22, 2013.
The fight stick features Japanese-style Sanwa joystick and buttons, internal access, a removable Bezel and clear top panel, adjustable LED lighting, and the thing is easy to take with you when traveling to tournaments.

Very expensive stick. Will be even more when it cross the pond.
 
$60 is just way too much for a game like this. Especially a fighting game with only 6-8 characters and lacking the kind of content other fighting games possess.

Much rather go with the $20 version. Cheaper, and gets you access to all characters and game modes. Only thing you are missing is the original KI and colors/costumes for different characters.

The $60 game includes all the $40 content + additional collector pins.

$60 - Ultimate Pin Edition
$40 - Ultimate Edition
$20 - Basic Edition
Or buy characters separately at $5 each (I think)
 
The box are is horrible. I could do a ay better job in photoshop or gimp. Also, there is no special black casing and the price tag is at $60.00.

Buying the $60 I love this game way to much after playing it for 3 days straight! Support the developers and this game people!

The best part I played many fighting games with my 2 boys and they play games like Injustice and MVC3, they pull these silly combos that you can really do anything about. I have been telling them that is all going to end when Killer Instinct comes out when you can combo break anything. My oldest son wasing buying it but then again he never played a KI game before. I told him that was the best fighting game when it came out!

He said if it was so good how come now they are coming with KI after all those years? He said because the game must of sucked. I told him that is not true is that it was under Nintendo and they some how they screwed up the console version and changed the game. After the second version of the arcade they stopped.

We go to the even in Philadelphia and there was KI and boy he cant stop talking about the game! He loves the combo breaker and the counter breaker, of course he some how pulled a ultra combo.

We go home and he goes and play Injustices and MVC3 again he was complaining that he wish he ca combo break when someone else got him on the combos!
 
There is NO disc, only a cover. I think the reason for no disc is either that they do not have time to make into a physical copy for launch, or they do not want you to be able to trade in the game. Probably a little bit of both.

Anyway, I think they should show (other than obvious KI one included) what we get for the Ultimate edition soon. Show us how badass the accessories and costumes are, maybe more people will considered parting 20 bucks extra.

At 20 bucks, even when we subtract KI one, its a huge sum of money for some costumes, especially when we know so little about them. Do we get an alternative costume, or there are more than one set. For instance, I would certainly not pay if there is just an alternative costume. If there a few, & they are nice, & you can customise the accessories in a meaningful way, I maybe be force to part my money.

People will spend money how they want, but for me I'm getting the $20 game. If I feel extra characters (season 2) and costumes are worth it, I'll wait for XBL 50% off deals.
 
Yes, KI 1 is included for Ultimate edition, but I think online is not confirmed last I checked.

The point is as a fan of the series and fighting games in general I want it 2 be a solid as possible game. I did notice improvements as noted but also things that needed work.

When I get my XBO this will be the 1st game I buy...just as long as it gets solid reviews or I like what I play in the F2P version :)
