I bought MGS3 last year maybe and only played it until right after beating The End and then got burned out. I'm thinking of just reading a synopsis on the game and then going to MGS4.
It covers the events leading up to TPP how Big Boss lost ...... Spoilers, i wont spoil anything. Play it u won't regret itThis is a prolouge right? The gameplay and missions in Ground Zeroes won't be in Phantom Pain, I could be wrong.
To really play MGS in order ..I bought MGS3 last year maybe and only played it until right after beating The End and then got burned out. I'm thinking of just reading a synopsis on the game and then going to MGS4.

A demo covering and letting gamers experience new gameplay mechanics but it holds content crucial to the storyline ... So it's a must
So the lazy devs made an extra mission? Pretty much goes against the whole lazy tag no?The raiden mission is exclusive to Xbox one. I'm sure they'll release both DLCs for both consoles in the future though.

As Metal Gear games go, Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes is a stripped down affair. It avoids lengthy cutscenes, climactic boss fights, and the usual frayed and tangled plot strands in favour of smart, tactical gameplay. While its central campaign is indeed as short as you might’ve heard at around two hours, its multitude of options make for an engaging and tense experience that encourages replayability for hours afterward. .
It may only take you an hour or two to finish the main objective, but the game doesn't totally end there. In addition to filling in some of the gaps between Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and the Phantom Pain, Ground Zeroes introduces a new stealth system and an open-world format that's perfect for experimentation. Even though you're prepared for the next chapter, what's the rush? After the credits roll on the main mission and a handful of side activities unlock, the best part of Ground Zeroes is just getting started. With a dearth of secrets to find, and new challenges to master, chasing the endgame will keep you entertained for hours on end.
The undoubtable quality of Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes feels carved from a bigger, better game, and perhaps that makes it a better showcase for players who don't know their Snakes from their Otacons. Too good to be a cash-in, too calculated to be satisfying and too intriguing to spurn, Ground Zeroes is a fiscal test of patience. If you can't wait for the next stage of Metal Gear Solid, I'm afraid you'll leave this about the same as you went in.
I loved Peace Walker. So the game inspired me to play through Snake Eater again, loving it in HD, will play Peace Walker after never played that one.
I loved Peace Walker.
