Omg lul, the diff between current gen and last gen
It's the same core gameplay, by that logic the ps5 versions of multiplatform games should cost $10 less than xbox since it's lower resolution and blurry af.
Who expected it to look as good? No one. Switch players won't care.
Yup agreed noone expected the Switch to look like the current gen's. They look a generation apart as expected.
Special forces didn't fit into the story here, they would have had to shoehorn her in and it wouldn't have made sense. She's one of the key characters for the series and should be in it.
I'm sure you are just messing around but some PS5 games are higher res than XSX most are equal and the few that are slightly lower tend to have more stable framerates. It's the same core gameplay, by that logic the ps5 versions of multiplatform games should cost $10 less than xbox since it's lower resolution and blurry af.

And my son trained Baraka with a silver spoonOk I'm done showing my son how to do kombos. He kicked my ass with baraka. His baraka is unreal. He's obviously been practicing. Passing the torch to him. Play on Buddy.
Brutalities may be the most unfinished part of this game. Some unlock in the wrong order, which is why some don't work even when the game tells you it's unlocked, and some are glitched or have the wrong instructions.
I loved Shang being such a dick lol he thinks he's so much better than everyone else. It was almost like an 80's nighttime soap opera villain in a good way IMO lol. It definitely is a bit of a love letter to the 3D era in some ways and there is going to be a story expansion, they've already data mined a bunch of stuff from the PC version. Finally finished Story Mode. I think it's kind of an absurd mess. Not necessarily bad, absurdity can be fun, and it played with what people expect a reboot to be. Shang Tsung seemed ridiculously petty though.
I'm optimistic they'll have a good Aftermath style follow up or even more.
I don't agree with all of it but that's a pretty fair review, I'm going to be a little biased simply because it's one of my favorite gaming franchises of all time. I don't play online so his issues there don't mean anything to me. I was happy with the story as he was so we agree there lol, I think their focus on more original skins vs ton of gear is the better choice as well but I'm sure plenty of others don't agree. Invasions could be better for sure, and the more I play it the more I want them to do a high end 2.5D double dragon kind of game with these graphics.Mortal Kombat 1 review - a false start in the race for reinvention
