The scope of a game is limited by weaker hardware,especially CPU and ram limitations.

I have to agree.
The Original crysis targeted high end PCs and was far better looking than anything else. Every other game catered to across the spectrum. Same is with consoles, the exclusives tend to be the best lookers.
I kinda agree, though i don't think it has to be a rule. As far as Sony exclusives go- that's the quality of the developer. They have incredible artists and programmers. They also do a great job of distributing engine lessons learned across studios.
Sony exclusives will have the devs and not the anchor of last gen hardware holding it down.

So basically contradicting everything they say when a new gen starts.
Simply logic, if you make a product across a broud spectrum the product is always limited by the lowest denominator. Scale, complexity, etc. You can't have vastly different products that are sold under the "best version" marketing.
Sad part is 3rd party will likely suffer on all platforms too. Can't see them not catering to a big chunk of viable consumers.

PS5 will put out better looking visuals which will be backed by them winning the majority of BEST VISUALS awards each year.

PS5 exclusives will win/more best visuals/graphics awards than XSX exclusives.

Which is why every game that was on XB1 and PC was always best on XB, because that Gateway 2007 PC was holding the master race back.
Exactly, the developers of the console and the games on the console stated that the games won't be compromised. I am glad Microsoft knows Microsoft's games and Microsoft's console better than anyone on earth.
They sure did have more awards for visuals than Xbox this gen and the last gen as well with maybe one year as the exception this gen with a indie game getting best art but that game(Cuphead) isn't exclusive anyway.
